If full payment cannot be received by February 27, a completed Credit Card Guarantee Form must be submitted by that date via email (info@cada1.org). If the form is not submitted by Friday, February 27, you must bring a completed form onsite or complete one at the event in order to attend. CADA’s Credit Card Guarantee allows us to securely hold a card on file for up to 30 days while awaiting an alternate form of payment. If payment or communication is not received within 30 days, the card on file will be processed. To avoid completing a guarantee form, you may submit payment by credit card before February 27, by logging into your account or calling CADA Central at 831.464.4891. Anything after February 27th must be done onsite, as our staff will be traveling to the Convention.
✔️ You may bring a check onsite for payment.
🚫 Do not mail checks after February 20, as they may not arrive in time.

The CADA State Convention is the largest event in the nation for Activities Directors. The CADA organization is the number one organization in the United States for teaching and developing leadership skills that students will use for the rest of their lives as they learn to serve their schools, communities, and families. The convention will provide you with the tools and resources necessary to do just that. Click here for a detailed 2026 workshop session schedule. The CADA/CASL Events app will have all the workshop descriptions, but should you want a printout, you can print them in advance.
