Camps fill up fast! Register early to secure your spots. Registration is not guaranteed until payment is received. If registering by check, make sure the invoice/confirmation email is included with your payment.
Advisors are assigned two-to-a-room. Single occupancy, *space permitting. If single advisor rooms are no longer available, the difference rate will be refunded. For double occupancy, if you're attending alone, you can request your roommate, or we will pair you with another advisor.
Schools with delegations of 15 or more must bring a second adult chaperone. All adults attending on behalf of a school must be fingerprinted and approved chaperones through their respective school district.
Parking for private automobiles is not included in the camp registration cost. Individuals will need to purchase a parking permit for their vehicle(s) using the new automated mobile system. More information will be included on the CADA Camp Info Hub. School district "E" plate vans are exempt from parking permit requirements.
CADA/CASL provides several scholarships each year to further promote growth and student leadership.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration will open soon. Student names are not needed until the end of May after your elections and class selection have concluded. In an effort to provide training to more schools, this summer we will be limiting school delegations to no more than 20 students.
Register your school online through CADA Central when registration is available. All Camps are open to grades 7-12.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing at events@cada1.org on or before May 16, 2025 and are subject to a $50 per person cancellation fee. No refunds after May 16, 2025. All attendees must cancel their registration regardless of if payment has been submitted OR NOT – if you fail to cancel your registration, full camp registration fee will be added to your cada1.org account and you will be required to pay fees before registering for future events.
Substitution/Transfer Policy: You may substitute/transfer your registration anytime prior to the start date of the event. Names of new attendees, along with names of attendees to remove, should be sent to camp@cadaboard.org. New attendees should complete the Camp Online Information Form ASAP.
