Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing to info@cada1.org two weeks prior to the start date of the event. If you are canceling your entire registration prior to two weeks before the event you will receive a 50% refund. If you are reducing your attendee count by 5 or fewer students/advisors CADA will give a full refund, for those delegates. Any more than 5 attendees will be at the discretion of the event organizer for the amount refunded. There are NO refunds given after the refund cutoff date. 

Check payment Policy: All checks must be received in full 2 weeks prior to our conference in order for an attendee’s registration spot to be guaranteed and not released to other potential attendees.
