Registration is intended for schools to register as a delegate and not for individual students to register. Each school must be a CADA member to register unless coming from out of California. 

If your school plans to arrive a day early for the CASL Conference, please note that there will be an additional cost for the extra night's stay. The price for the hotel room is $217.35 per night, per room. This rate is specifically negotiated for conference attendees and is subject to availability. Space is limited. (Please make a note on your registration form that you are asking for an additional night.)

Substitutions: Substitutions closed on April 3rd - no more substitutions will be made. Any changes can be made onsite. Please make sure you bring the appropriate paperwork and payment necessary on-site for any subs. (Payment would be if you make a rooming change and it changes the breakdown of your rooms.)

All applications will be submitted online. Limit 1 application per school. Scholarships will be awarded to the school.

2026 CASL Conference deadlines

• Early Bird Cut-Off: Registrations postmarked by January 23, 2026 (NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Regular Registration Cut-Off: Registrations must be postmarked no later than February 27, 2026
• Registration Cut-Off: Registrations must be postmarked no later than March 27, 2026
• Cancellation & Refund Cut-Off: Request must be received by March 27, 2026
• Substitution Cut-Off: All forms for substitute delegates must be received by April 3, 2026

Cancellations Prior to the Conference: Refunds may be given with written notice received no later than March 15, 2026. There are no refunds on anyone who registered at the early rate. There will be a $50 administrative fee per person deducted from your refund. Please send cancellation requests to info@cada1.org. All attendees must cancel their registration regardless of if payment has been submitted OR NOT – if you fail to cancel your registration you will be required to pay for your conference registration.

Substitutions: Substitutions will only be accepted in writing with a replacement delegate. All substitutes are subject to a $35 administration fee and must be received by April 3, 2026, with complete paperwork. You must provide a delegate of the same gender to replace you and he/she must provide all completed and signed forms. You are responsible for finding your replacement delegate.
