2022 CASL Conference Policies

Please take a moment to review all the CASL Conference Policies for important information about the CASL Conference.

Also, all attendees are expected to abide by the CADA/CASL Programs Code of Conduct. Please pass this along to you students and/or all those attending.

All attendees, staff, presenters, exhibitors, and invited guests will be required to show proof of vaccination OR a written negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours upon check-in at the CADA Registration Desk.

Additionally, all unvaccinated individuals, as well as individuals who cannot produce a verified proof of COVID-19 vaccination may also be required to test upon arrival at the CADA Convention and/or the CASL Conference. (Pending CADA/CASL can secure an onsite testing company. More details to come soon.)

CADA/CASL will require all in-person attendees to present proof of current vaccination status to attend the conference. Vaccination proof can be presented in a digital format, physical card, or photo on your phone; full vaccination must be completed at least 14 days prior to the event. To expedite your registration process, downloading your QR code is an easier and more secure electronic option. Please click here and follow the instructions to access your digital COVID-19 record. Delegates may submit their proof of vaccination with their registration to expedite the process onsite.

Pleas visit our COVID-19 Safety Protocols Page for more details.

Mask mandate: Masks will be required at all indoor convention meetings and activities onsite at all times, except while eating and drinking during meals and reception.
