Affiliate Membership
Any individual or company may become an Affiliate member of CADA if they provide goods, services, assemblies, entertainment, fund-raising programs, directly to students through the school sites and the activity programs; and agrees to do business in accordance with CADA’s Code of Ethics. Please note that if balance due is not paid within 60 days of renewal, your membership will be cancelled and rolled back to previous year.
