LODGING & TRANSPORTATION
The 2025 CASL Conference will be held at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Lodging will be held at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara and possible overflow hotels depending on attendance. Registration price includes hotel for two nights.
Housing will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. Delegates will be placed in a hotel based on the order of registration receipt. Completed registration forms and payment are required to be considered registered.
If your school plans to arrive a day early for the CASL Conference, please note that there will be an additional cost for the extra night's stay. The price for the hotel room is $244.24 per night, per room. This rate is specifically negotiated for conference attendees and is subject to availability. Space is limited. (Please make a note on your registration form that you are asking for an additional night.)

AIRPORT & Transportation
The closest airport is the San José Mineta International Airport which is a short 15-minute drive from the hotel/convention center. CASL will provide shuttles for an additional $5/person, however there are no shuttles for those that arrive early or stay late.
This is a residence program only. All participants are expected to stay in the conference hotel with the rest of the delegates. No “drive-in” delegates. There is no discount for students/advisors not staying at the hotel.

Parking
Hyatt Regency Santa Clara - $40 Daily
Attendees who are driving will be expected to make arrangements with the hotel to pay for their parking.
